Hello! please read this before asking further questions and joining our group orders.

- How does GO work?
It’s basically a huge quantity order placed under 1 person. This will lower the shipping on each item so you wouldn’t pay crazy EMS fees if you were to order it yourself. We are basically the middle person between the manufacturer and you. It will be sent to us first, then we'll distribute it out to everyone. There are two or three payments rather than one depending on the GO type, what you bought, EMS fee, and domestic fee. Shipping supplies fees and possible tax are a part of domestic fees.
- Which group will you take GOs for?
All k-pop groups and some western artists too, if there's enough interest
- What are the best ways to contact you?

- Are you sure it is all authentic merchandise?
We don't make or sell any kind of fake merchandise.
- Do your orders go to Korean Charts?
Yes! Our sales go to the Hanteo and Gaon Music Chart
- Is my information safe?
Of course it is! The only information we store is your name, contact number and address for obvious reasons untill your package arrives at your place.
- Do you have any albums/merch in stock?
Yes! You can see in stock items in @kpopstore.resell
- Do you have any on-going projects i can join?
Yes, you can see on going projects under "On going" on our highlights
- How long will I wait to receive my products?
It depends. you will have to wait around 4-8 weeks depending on the geographical distance, restock date and release date.
- If you're in a rush for your album, please avoid placing an order as unexpected delays may occur. To ensure timely delivery for birthdays or gifts, make sure to order at least two months in advance.

How to order?

- Read the GO post for all important information.- DM us to check the availability- Fill the order form of the group order you would like to join carefully- Please make sure you order the item(s) you would like to get. There might be various versions/ designs.- Please make the payment before payment deadline.- You will receive a confirmation DM

Payments

- What payment options do I have?
payment can be done via Bank Deposits and Bank Transfer ONLY
- Do you accept COD?
NO, we don't do COD.
- Can you please explain the payment process?
Basically there are two or three payments rather than one depending on the order type, what you bought, ems fee, and domestic fee + duty.

Deadlines / Late Payments / cancellation / Refund and Violating Rules

- Deadlines will be stated in our Instagram posts or once the google form is closed.- Please join our group orders only if you can make your payment on time.- Do you accept late payments?
Yes, we do accept late payments ONLY if we are notified beforehand. Don't worry if something come up, we'll talk and talk and figure out what's best for both sides.
- Can I cancel my order?
No, you cannot cancel your order, it is very important for us to keep track of numbers in our GO and we can’t have people getting cold feet and drop out. Please do your own research before entering GO. We need specific numbers to get discounts on shipping for all of us, so only enter our GO if you are 300000% positive you are going to stick with it. If you HAVE to drop out, notify us if you are.
- Refunds
We will only issue refunds if items are sold out. Please note that Weverse often starts second preorders, so we will always do our best to get your items.
- My order was broken / defective when it arrived, do you give refunds?
If the item has any damages outside, we'll provide a detailed video/photos and we'll discuss the matter but unfortunately, we are NOT liable for any mishandled item/package damages once the item leaves our possession.
- My order has manufacturer defects, do you give refunds?
We are not responsible if the sealed item has any manufacturer defects (missing photocards, missing pages on photobook, printing errors) we cannot do anything about it.
- What happens if I violate any of the Terms and Conditions/rules?
You will be blacklisted from future orders.

About Updates

- We will share updates on ongoing group orders on our group chat- Please keep in mind that most group orders take a lot of time until the item finally arrive at your place. Most items are pre- orders: they will only go into production after pre-orders are closed or after they are sold out. So please do NOT ask for updates after a few days. If you cannot wait that long, please do NOT join our group orders- The same goes with shipping process. Although International Shipping is usually fast, shopping might be delayed due to COVID-19- As soon as the items arrive at my place, you will receive an instagram DM regarding your second payment. The sooner you make your second payment, the sooner I can ship your items.

About Local Delivery

- We are not responsible for lost of damaged packages.- You will receive a instagram DM when your order ready to deliver with tracking number as well.- Albums will be packed only during the weekend.- We mainly drop off packages one day per week. If your payment arrives late, We will deliver your item with the next batch.- If you want to combine delivery, please le us know which orders you would like to deliver together by DM. Please note that we are not a warehouse, so we cannot keep your items for months.- Please be kind enough to let us know when your package arrives and arrivel proof pics/videos are highly appreciated.
